Vikram Prabhu has turned producer with the movie “Neruppu Da”. The title is obviously inspired from Rajnikanth’s famous song “Neruppu Da” from the movie Kabali. He dons the role of a firefighter, in this film. In the narrative, played in the teaser, we hear the voice of Vikram Prabhu stating that there is a sense of satisfaction in risking your life to save the lives of other people. We also get the idea that the hero gets into trouble with a group of biggies.

The song played in the background strongly reminds us of “The way down we go” from the movie Logan. We see a string of thatched huts on fire. We get a glimpse of Rajendran, and Nikki Galrani. Vikram Prabhu looks fit. The team had stated that they zeroed on the title “Neruppu Da”, because Vikram Prabhu plays the role of a firefighter who is an ardent fan of Rajinikanth. Something about this teaser gives the feeling of fantasy elements included in the movie. We will have to wait and watch.
